Scenario Trees for Stakeholder Management

Today's teams are often confronted with a myriad of interlocked decisions associated with "urban development" (aka: field development) as well as associated appraisal and pilot plans.  How should we lay out our field? What should be our well spacing? How about our infrastructure?  How best should we be appraising the field?  Where and what pilots should we run? We all know the decisions we make at the outset may live with us for the duration of the field's life.  So, what more could we do upfront to help us think through our best course of actions?
