Decision Frameworks Fulfillment Policy

Delivery Policy:

In-person courses (those described as such) will be delivered live, in-person. A physical and digital copy of course materials will be provided. Virtual courses will be delivered synchronously via online meeting room. A digital copy of the course materials will be provided, with a physical copy available upon request at cost.

Return Policy:

Any instructional material shipped to a client that is damaged, may be returned at the buyer’s expense for a complete replacement.

No returns on services rendered.

Refund Policy:

Rescheduling an instructional course is available up until 24-hours prior to the course start time. Refunds are available upon request with the following schedules: i) greater than or equal to seven days notice from the course date, 100% of the original purchase price will be refunded, ii) less than seven days notice from the course date, 50% of the original purchase price will be refunded, iii) less than 24-hours prior to the course, no refund will be available.
