ABSTRACT:

Although there are a handful of very sophisticated DQ and DA tool users among lawyers, adoption is still limited and uptake slow. Concrete examples of the value of DQ and DA tool application are helpful. However, fit for purpose and easily adopted tools go a long way to improving uptake. This presentation will first discuss the application and value of DQ and select DA tools in decision-making for lawyers in litigation, commercial and ethics issues. It will also provide some examples of application and easily adopted tools to promote uptake.
