A Brief History of Decision Frameworks

Established in 1999, Decision Frameworks began as a consulting firm specializing in oil industry Decision Analysis (DA) training, consulting, and facilitation.

The firm's primary objective: to deliver practical skill development in the complete Decision Analysis workflow.  Driven by this vision, Decision Frameworks developed a distinctive product and service line and has expanded its client base and application scope from the energy sector to pharmaceutical companies and beyond.

Today, Decision Frameworks is recognized for the highest technical and professional standards in the delivery of Decision Analysis workflow software, training and consulting.

The Chasm

Decision Analysis (DA) has been implemented by many companies in many industries; all acknowledge the benefits. Yet few successfully integrate the DA skills and practices into their corporate cultures.  

Most are unable to leap across the Decision Analysis "chasm;" that is, to move the Decision Analysis skill set from the visionary early adopters into the mainstream of professional practitioners. This challenge constrains success and limits improved decision making potential with the organization.
