Lee Dixon-Cave, Consultant
Lee Dixon-Cave is an expert in project management, operations management, and project governance. He has managed multiple projects and operations around the world and has practiced decision quality and decision analysis implementation for over 10 years. Lee championed decision analysis and decision quality inside the Schlumberger production management business (SPM) where he integrated the method into the company’s stage gate process. He has facilitated sessions with project teams across the globe in the application of decision analysis and decision quality, very much from the practitioners’ viewpoint. His experience includes strategy development, scenario planning, decision framing, and chairing stage gate review meetings. Lee pursues a philosophy of lifelong learning and is unique in having studied Petroleum Engineering and Project Management at Heriot-Watt University, holding a BSc (Hons) in Technology, a BSc (Hons) in Law, and is currently in his final year of studying towards a triple accredited MBA. Lee is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), in good standing with the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2004. His current interest is in developing his knowledge and expertise in sustainability, CCUS, and net zero projects.
