Kris Cejka, Senior Consultant
Kris Cejka is a subject matter expert in decision quality and decision analysis and has 20 years of experience across the energy value chain. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology & Geophysics from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Kris teaches decision quality to new and experienced professionals, analysts, functional managers, and executives from all functions and backgrounds across the decision landscape. He teaches framing and facilitation courses, introductory and advanced modelling and evaluation, value of information, and courses tailored to specific audiences such as subsurface decision analysts. Kris’ expertise is in facilitation and evaluation of complex decisions across the value chain. He has led decision analysis and commercial project teams with capital expenditures greater than 100 B USD and has led Decision Quality organizational capability for Chevron’s Asia Pacific Region. Kris has extensive experience in strategy development, decision framing, facilitation, major capital project leadership, M&A, economics, value of information, and commercial negotiations.
